Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Sacred Swan Tattoo Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) and your use of our website (if applicable). By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services. Valid photo ID may be required.
Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at booking and deducted from your final tattoo cost. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. For larger pieces, you may book multiple sessions in advance, each requiring a deposit.
Studio Environment
All tattoo procedures are performed in our communal studio space. We do not offer private rooms. We strive to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all clients and staff.
Medical and Liability Consent
Before your tattoo, you must complete and sign our medical and liability consent form, disclosing any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
Design and Stencil Approval
We will work with you to create a custom design. All designs remain the intellectual property of Sacred Swan Tattoo Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for approving the stencil placement and design before tattooing begins. Once the process starts, changes cannot be made, and we are not liable for issues that could have been addressed beforehand.
Payment and Pricing
Full payment is due upon completion of your tattoo. Prices are based on design complexity, size, placement, and artist expertise, and may change if your design or session requirements change. Initial estimates are approximate; final costs may vary.
Aftercare
We provide aftercare instructions, which you must follow to ensure proper healing. We are not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice. Aftercare products are available for purchase in the studio.
Refusal of Service and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including intoxication, abusive behaviour, health concerns, or failure to follow studio policies. Clients and staff are expected to treat each other with respect.
Liability and Risks
Tattooing carries risks such as infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and fading over time. By proceeding, you accept these risks and acknowledge that tattoos are permanent and can only be removed by laser or surgery, which may not fully restore your skin. We are not liable for variations in colour, design, or healing outcomes.
No Refund Policy
All deposits and tattoo payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for tattoos or retail sales.
Changes and Rescheduling
We strive to keep appointments as scheduled but may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
